HEALTHY MEALS PREPARED FOR YOU

HOW IT WORKS

Meal Prep has become a huge trend in recent years, allowing busy people to save money, time, and eat healthy. One of the drawbacks to this is you lose the spontaneity and creativity that so many people enjoy about food and cooking. For example, if you prep 6 of your favorite chicken dishes for dinner one week, by day 6 you are bored of what was once an exciting meal.  Our menu is designed so that our customers order the fundamentals of their meal as separate components, and then they can choose how to assemble each meal on the plate in their own home! 

Example Order: 3 spicy chicken breast, 2 Teriyaki Salmon, 3 orders of blanched and seasoned broccoli, 2 orders of cumin roasted carrots, 1 order of sweet potatoes, 3 orders white rice,  1 order roasted red potatoes, and 3 orders of beet salad.      

 

Once the food is in your fridge, you can build your own plate! For lunch you can have a salmon filet over spinach. For dinner you can put the carrots, roasted red potatoes and combine it with a spicy chicken breast.  Perhaps the next day you want to throw some broccoli and carrots on top of white rice for a vegetarian option! The combinations can be really fun to come up with and by mixing things up, it helps to still give you some creative control over your meals everyday!
